Gannett Co. Sells Two Radio Stations

CLEVELAND — Gannett Co. will sell its WWWE-AM and WDOK-FM stations to Lake Erie Radio Co., officials from both companies said.
The price was not disclosed, but an earlier report said the deal was worth between $4 million and $9 million. The figure eventually will be filed with the Federal Communications Commission, which has to approve the sale.
