Gish Biomedical Inc., a Santa Ana-based supplier of surgical and critical-care medical equipment, said that it has signed a private-label marketing and distribution agreement to supply custom tubing-related products to an unnamed major medical device manufacturer.

The company said the two-year contract is worth more than $1 million. The purchaser was described only as a division of a Fortune 50 firm.
