Temmy Walker, president of the San Fernando Valley Board of Realtors, will open her own real estate agency in partnership with James R. Gary, whose Woodland Hills realty firm bears his name. The new office, which will also be called James R. Gary & Co., will be in Sherman Oaks or Studio City, Walker said, and will have at least 10 licensed realtors.
