Bonny Black Matheson has been named executive director of the Valley Industry and Commerce Assn., filling a position that had been vacant about two years.
Matheson most recently owned Balconies Beautiful, a Woodland Hills landscape and design company that she closed. She also was once executive vice president of the Century City Chamber of Commerce.
