Rogerson Aircraft Corp. said it has named Thomas D. Henderson as vice president of marketing and Cannon Mathews as vice president of finance, chief financial officer.
Henderson replaces Bruce Simpson, who left to join Goodyear, while Mathews replaces Milt Pizinger, who has been named vice president of planning and resources for Rogerson.
Henderson had been director of the avionics systems at EECO Corp. in Santa Ana for six years and previously held a marketing position with Rockwell/Collins.
Mathews formerly was treasurer of Ducommun Inc. in Cypress and before that served as director of planning and control at Occidental Petroleum.
Rogerson Aircraft, based in Irvine, manufactures products for the aviation industry.
