Distributed Logic Lists 60% Increase in Earnings

Despite registering a lower fourth-quarter net income compared with its previous fiscal year’s final period, Distributed Logic Corp. reported a 60% earnings increase to $880,801 for its fiscal 1986 ended Oct. 31. The Anaheim-based computer parts maker reported net earnings of $551,152 for its fiscal 1985.

Revenues for the year just ended were up 6.6% to $14.6 million from $13.7 million.

Fourth-quarter earnings, however, were reduced to $74,134 from the $335,453 posted for the last quarter of fiscal 1985, a 77.9% decrease. Revenues for the period rose to $3.5 million from the year-earlier $3.2 million, up 9.4%.
