War Games in Panama

WASHINGTON — A 4,500-man U.S. military force will conduct annual maneuvers with the Panama Defense Forces from Jan. 12 to Feb. 25, the Pentagon said Monday. The exercise will be commanded and controlled by a combined Panamanian-U.S. task force.
