TV Networks Plan Live Coverage of Landing

The three major television networks and Cable News Network all plan live coverage of today’s Voyager landing.
Voyager, on a historic nonstop, unrefueled global flight, is expected to land at about 7:30 a.m. PST at Edwards Air Force Base.
Since the exact time of the landing is uncertain, the networks--CBS, ABC, NBC and CNN--said they would interrupt regularly scheduled programming to bring the live report.
