Phoebe Ho Was Molested

Riverside County sheriff’s deputies today revealed that Phoebe Ho, the 7-year-old South Pasadena girl who was found dead last Friday, was sexually molested before being strangled. Phoebe had disappeared on her way to school Dec. 11.
