A reporter for the Associated Press remained jailed in Zambia for a fifth day, and officials of the African nation were quoted as saying he would be questioned before being deported. John Edlin, a New Zealander who is the AP correspondent in Harare, Zimbabwe, is being held in a prison outside Lusaka. He had been based in Zambia in the late 1960s, and he returned there recently to report on the aftermath of food riots that took 15 lives.
