Latham’s HR Leads Saddleback to Victory

Chris Latham’s grand slam Monday helped Saddleback College to a 9-6 nonconference victory over Santa Monica at Saddleback.
Latham, a freshman from Laguna Hills High School, hit the home run with two out in the third inning. Saddleback is 5-5. Winning pitcher Dean Martinez (1-1) allowed six runs and 10 hits.
