Reagan to Name Stanley for Commerce Dept. Post

DURHAM, N.C. — President Reagan will nominate Marc Stanley, an aide to Rep. William F. Clinger Jr. (R-Pa.), to be assistant secretary of commerce for congressional and intergovernmental relations, the White House announced Monday.
