Britain and the United States signed an agreement aimed at depriving drug barons of profits made from international narcotics smuggling. Under terms of the agreement, signed in London, Britain and the United States will join in freezing and confiscating any money or assets made from drug smuggling. Both countries will also will be able to request from the other access to bank records and related financial accounts involving suspected illegal narcotics dealings.
