Long Beach State Women Beat San Diego State

SAN DIEGO — Penny Toler scored 22 points to lead 10th-ranked Cal State Long Beach past San Diego State, 90-65, in women’s basketball Tuesday night, marking the 10th straight season the 49ers have won at least 20 games.
Angelique Lee scored 14 of her 17 points and Dana Wilkerson 14 of her 16 points in the second half for Long Beach, 20-5 overall and 16-0 in the Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. Cheryl Dowell added 13 and Shannon Smith 10.
Chana Perry scored 20 and Jessica Haynes 17 for San Diego State (19-9 and 10-7).
