Dr. Arnold L. Cohen, a foot surgeon practicing in San Clemente and Tustin for more than 11 years, has been elected president of the 2,500-member American College of Foot Surgeons.
Cohen practiced in Elmhurst, Ill., before moving to the county in 1977. He has been on the college board of directors for four years.
