Lou Saban, who has held head coaching jobs with three professional and seven college football teams, has agreed to coach the Middle Georgia Heatwave of the Minor League Football System.
Saban, 68, a two-time American Football League coach of the year, resigned as coach at Georgetown (S.C.) High last week.
