Interco Agrees on Restructuring: The St. Louis-based footwear and furniture maker, which has been struggling to pay off its large junk bond debt, has reached a basic restructuring agreement with its creditors that will keep the company from going into bankruptcy. Although no details of the agreement were released, the company did say it will not be required to make any principal or interest payments on its bonds until October.
