Rick Van Stralen was named vice president and title operations manager, and David L. Kessler was promoted to vice president and a regional sales manager for Los Angeles County.
Larry Joe Matranga, a company founder and Orange County sales manager, was promoted to senior vice president and is based in the company’s Orange headquarters.
