THE SIDELINES : Celtics Sign UCSB Rebounder

BOSTON — Eric McArthur, one of the country’s top rebounders when he played with UC Santa Barbara last year, reportedly has signed a guaranteed contract with the Boston Celtics.
The contract was signed more than one week ago, the Boston Globe today said it was told by unidentified sources, but the Celtics have not announced it.
