COLUMBIA, Mo. — Three Missouri football players have left the team, including the projected starting right defensive tackle.
Jeff Harper quit the team for medical reasons, Tigers Coach Bob Stull said Tuesday.
“He didn’t play at all last year, and he tried for a while this year but just couldn’t do it,” Stull said.
Kenneth Huggins, a redshirt freshman from Dallas, also left because of injuries, and Chris Drossos, a junior-college transfer from Carmel, Ind., left for academic reasons.
