Slaying Suspect Held

San Diego police have arrested James Valkoun, 32, in connection with the July 26 shooting death of his half-brother, Richard Henly, who died Aug. 6.
Valkoun surrendered to police Wednesday at a Motel Six on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. Police said Valkoun’s family talked him into surrendering.
Henly, 40, was shot in the lower chest at his house in Kearny Mesa.
