Mike Suarez had three hits and pitcher Lonnie Potter (4-0) limited Valley to five hits. Potter, who earned his second win in the tournament, struck out four and walked three.
Dave Roberts and Randy Cooper each had two hits for Woodland Hills, which finished with 13.
In an earlier game, Shaun Doyle hit a two-run home run and doubled to lead Valley to a 10-2 win over Victor Valley.
