Stephen J. Davis, 30, has been named senior vice president and general manager of Calabasas-based Players Interactive. The division of Players Enterprises Inc. creates promotions for the game show industry. Davis was most recently vice president of sales for Call Interactive, a joint venture of AT&T; and American Express Information Services Inc.
