COSTA MESA : Coastline President Appointed to Panel

William M. Vega, president of Coastline Community College, has been appointed vice chairman of the College Board’s Advisory Committee on Adult Learning Services for 1991-92.
The committee is made up of representatives of colleges and universities throughout the United States. As vice chairman, Vega will help the committee create programs and services to recruit minority adults to postsecondary education, and pursue ways to expand the College Board’s resources and services to two-year community colleges.
Vega, who has served as Coastline’s president since 1985, will serve as vice chairman of the committee for a one-year term and will move on to chairman for 1992-93.
