WET VOTE: Huntington Beach Mayor Peter M. Green, a dedicated environmentalist, is concerned that new Bush Administration policies could threaten 126 acres of wetlands near the Edison Co. plant. So he proposed a resolution opposing the Bush changes. It lost, on a 3-2 vote.
