Michael Hughes has been promoted to director of marketing for tenant improvements in Koll Construction’s Southern California division in Seal Beach. He is responsible for tenant improvement business development in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange counties and the Inland Empire. Hughes was previously based in Koll’s Los Angeles office, where he was a senior manager on the federal building and courthouse project.
