Acquisition: A St. Louis medical products company said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Life Support Products Inc., which makes emergency medical equipment such as respirators, for an undisclosed sum.
Allied Healthcare Products Inc. is a manufacturer of respiratory equipment.
The company said it expects to complete the acquisition of Life Support Products this fall.
Life Support Products, based in Irvine, reported sales of $12 million and a profit of $1 million for 1992.
