Man Seriously Hurt After Being Shot in Santa Ana Alley

SANTA ANA — A Santa Ana man was in serious condition Sunday after being shot repeatedly the day before while walking through an alley.
Juan Gonzalez was shot early Saturday at about 1:40 a.m. while walking through the alley in the 200 block of South Pacific Avenue shortly after visiting a nearby taco stand, police said.
He was in serious condition Sunday after surgery at Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, said Sgt. Dick Faust. Gonzalez, who police said is in his twenties, was shot in the neck, chest, abdomen, right arm and buttocks, Faust said.
Police said they have no motives or suspects.
