Editor to Discuss Rebellion in Mexico

Sergio Munoz, editor of Nuestro Tiempo, the weekly Spanish-language publication of the Los Angeles Times, is scheduled to discuss the Mexican rebellion at the Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Munoz will discuss the Mexican state of Chiapas, where recent guerrilla movements have taken place. He will also discuss the relationship of the North American Free Trade Agreement to the revolt and the upcoming Mexican presidential election.
Munoz, who has traveled extensively in Chiapas, is also a writer for such publications as New Perspectives Quarterly and Jueves de Excelsior in Mexico City.
