Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Buys Denver Real Estate Company

MISSION VIEJO — Coldwell Banker Premier Realty Inc., a residential real estate company that operates in three states, broadened its market in the West by acquiring a Denver real estate company that has 10 offices and more than 300 sales associates.
Coldwell Banker would not disclose the terms of its purchase of Van Schaack & Co., which operates only in the Denver metropolitan area. The Denver operation will be called Coldwell Banker Van Schaack & Co.
Coldwell Banker Premier is one of the larger franchisees in the Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. network of more than 2,000 affiliate offices in North America. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage operates more than 340 company-owned offices nationwide.
The acquisition is the second this year by the Coldwell Banker Residential network. It added 30 offices and 1,000 sales people in January when it purchased Fox & Carskadon, a the Bay Area’s largest residential brokerage firm.
