Roberts Missing on Next Trip

Coach Bill Fitch said center Stanley Roberts, who sat out Tuesday night’s game against the Charlotte Hornets because of a back injury, won’t accompany the Clippers on a three-game, five-day trip that opens in Chicago on Thursday night.
Coach Bill Fitch said the Clippers won’t put Roberts on the injured list until it’s determined how long he’ll be out.
The Clippers’ only choice is to wait on Roberts because center Dwayne Schintzius (ankle injury) isn’t ready to play yet.
