Barlow Leads Woodbridge Past Corona del Mar

Scott Barlow threw two touchdowns passes to help Woodbridge to a 24-7 victory over Corona del Mar in a Sea View League game Thursday night at Irvine High.
Barlow connected with Shane Harris on a 45-yard pass and Jeff Hammond on a 32-yard strike in the second quarter, giving the Warriors a 14-0 lead.
Barlow completed nine of 11 passes for 164 yards for Woodbridge (8-0-1, 3-0-1).
Corona del Mar (5-4, 1-3), playing without quarterback Michael Bergey (back injury), closed to within 14-7 on a 12-yard run by Nate Lemmerman.
