Televised coverage of city government has been expanded to include scheduled meetings of all city commissions.
Since the beginning of this month, most Culver City residents who subscribe to cable television have been able to view meetings of the Human Service and Parks Commission, as well as the Civil Service and Planning commissions on Channel 35, said city spokeswoman Randi Joseph.
Commission meetings are broadcast on the following schedule: Civil Service Commission meetings on the first Wednesday of every month, Planning Commission on the second Wednesday, and Human Services and Parks on the first Tuesday of every month.
Broadcasts begin at 7 p.m.
The city began broadcasting meetings of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency in September 1997.
