2 Tutoring Programs Based at Civic Center

Students can get help with their homework at the Brea Civic Center through the Homework Club and Tutoring for Teens programs.
Homework Club participants, students in the first through fifth grades, get help with homework and access to the center’s computers for school assignments. Once they finish their schoolwork, they can take part in games and activities.
The Tutoring for Teens program provides help with math, spelling, writing, history and other subjects to students in the sixth through 12th grades. Both programs run Monday through Friday, 4:30 to 6 p.m. The Homework Club begins Thursday. Tutoring for Teens begins Oct. 5. Information: (714) 990-7151.
