Teens, Educators Split About Drug Problem

A survey suggests that ages 12 and 13 are key years in the fight against drug use. The poll, sponsored by Columbia University in New York, also found that teens think the drug problem is worse than teachers and principals do: 78% of teens say schools are not drug-free; 18% of principals agree.
