Charter Flight Ban Over N. Korea Missile

Unnerved by North Korea’s test-firing of a missile over Japan this week, Tokyo stopped all charter flights to and from the Communist nation. In its first remarks about the test, North Korea denounced Japan “for making a fuss over the matter.” Meanwhile, the State Department said North Korea agreed to meet today with the U.S. after Washington and its partners suspended a deal to fund a nuclear project in the Asian nation.
