Cellular Phone Antennas

* Councilperson Cindy Miscikowski is worried about Los Angeles becoming the “dumping ground” of the telecommunications industry (“Council OKs Cell Phone Antenna Regulation Plan,” March 3).
While these antennas are not my choice for neighborhood decor, let’s prioritize by working on enforcement of the regulations currently on the books that would visually improve our neighborhoods. Maybe, like encouraging residents to put their trash bins away, since our streets already look like a dumping ground.
