The Fountain Valley maker of point-of-sale equipment and software systems for retailers said first-quarter net income rose 41% to $220,000, or 8 cents a share, from $156,000, or 7 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 increased 18% to $6.6 million.
