* Pulp it up: The Biography Channel’s Pulp Fiction (https://www.biography.com/pulpfiction) gives details and links on those trashy novelists (Jacqueline Susann, Sidney Sheldon and the like) you love to read when no one’s watching.
* If that’s too deep: Book-A-Minute (https://www.rinkworks.com/bookaminute) really condenses your favorites. You’ve just read more than most of their blips.
* Another kind of spread sheet: Figure out almost anything with numbers at Halfbrain.com (https://www.halfbrain.com), a Webtop spread sheet. (Caveat: It’s in beta mode, and you need Windows and Internet Explorer 4 or better or AOL 4 or better to use. Netscape/Mac compatibility is in development.)
* Stick it to ‘em: This to That (https://www.thistothat.com) could be the death of duct tape at my house. The site recommends the best glue to use once you select the materials you want to stick together.
* Enablers have a bad rap: From extreme sports to business, the Junkie (https://www.thejunkie.com) can link you to your favorite stash.
* Blow it up: Can balloon hats bring together disparate cultures as effectively as balloon animals? The guys at Varieties of the Balloon Hat Experience (https://www.balloonhat.com) are trying to find out.
