The Planning Commission postponed a decision Tuesday on whether to recommend changes to the city’s parking laws for recreational vehicles and boats.
Commissioners listened to 90 minutes of testimony from about 30 residents opposed to the city’s ban on parking boats and trailers in front of a residence. The residents attacked what they called the unfairness of the city’s anonymous-complaint policy and spoke about boats being part of Brea’s community atmosphere.
