O.C.’s Housing Department Seeks 4 Top Administrators

The Orange County Housing and Community Development Department began a campaign this week to attract four much-needed top administrators.
The department is undergoing major changes and needs replacements for four key employees who recently retired, said Ken Domer, community relations manager.
The department is adopting a regional approach to delivering services to the homeless and seniors, and is planning affordable housing development and rehabilitation of lower-income properties, Domer said.
“We are looking to bring new blood in, people with new experiences to help us make customer service a priority. We want to get away from the municipal government approach,” he said.
The salaries for the jobs range from $42,000 to $70,000 annually. The jobs are described at https://www.oc.ca.gov.
