2 Armed People Arrested at City Hall Since 9/11

Mayor Willie Brown said two armed people have been arrested at City Hall since security was increased after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
Brown, speaking less than 24 hours after a city councilman was shot to death in New York, said Thursday that the increased security in San Francisco appears to be working.
