Time Takes Toll on Clock at Golden Gate Bridge

A familiar face at the Golden Gate Bridge is gone. The glowing clock that has passed on the time to commuters for 53 years was taken down Wednesday.
It will be replaced next month by a replica with the same orange face. While the old clock looked fine from the outside, its works were rusted and corroded from exposure to salt spray.
