From Times Wire Reports
A Marine facing court-martial next week in a parachute sabotage that injured three Marines reached a plea agreement with prosecutors, a Marine Corps spokeswoman said.
No details on the deal were provided, but a court-martial scheduled Tuesday for Lance Cpl. Antoine D. Boykins was canceled, said Camp Lejeune spokeswoman 2nd Lt. Kate Vandenbossche.
Boykins, 21, was charged with attempted premeditated murder in February after the three Marines’ parachutes failed to open during a September jump.
