Tyco CEO Has Nothing to Hide, Lawyer Says

Former Tyco International Ltd. Chief Executive L. Dennis Kozlowski, on trial for fraud, behaved openly about the money he received from the company and not as a criminal, his defense lawyer said in closing arguments.
Kozlowski, accused with former Tyco finance chief Mark Swartz of stealing more than $156 million in undeserved bonuses and secretly forgiven loans, has nothing to hide, lawyer Austin Campriello told a jury in New York state Supreme Court. The first trial of Kozlowski and Swartz ended in a mistrial.
