An Oscar sits on a shelf at B2FX in North Hollywood. Barney Burman shared a best achievement in makeup Oscar in 2010 for the J.J. Abrams reboot of “Star Trek.” Burman created Dr. Spock’s signature Vulcan ears and Scotty’s alien sidekick Keenser, played by Deep Roy.
