* East Coast Highway: Petty theft was reported in the 2000 block at
2:20 p.m. Thursday.
* West Coast Highway: Boat parts worth $40,000 were reported stolen in
the 600 block at 10 a.m. Thursday.
* Newport Center Drive: A cellular phone was reported stolen from a
