The last of the season’s kittens are up for adoption, officials at the
Community Animal Network said. Pictured is a hand-raised kitten that was
“lovingly raised by a local family,” officials said.
The network has never had to turn down shelter animals in need, but
because of a lack of donations it will begin to do so, said DiAnna
Pfaff-Martin, founder and coordinator for the network.
“To help us pay off our vet bills and continue our work, please check
out o7 https://www.animalnetwork.orgf7 ,” Pfaff-Martin said, adding that
shopping at companies such as Martha Stewart, Hallmark and Western Union
also helps as a percentage of purchases is donated to the network.
Donations are then used for veterinarian treatment.
To view more animals, check out the Web site or visit Russo’s Pet
Store in Fashion Island from noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
