The HomeAid 10th annual Project Playhouse is offering village tours of
its dream playhouses for children for $5 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on
weekends at Fashion Island through Oct. 13. The playhouses will be
auctioned off from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Oct. 13. Proceeds from the sale of
the playhouses will go toward HomeAid, a nonprofit organization that
builds shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children
throughout Southern California. Tickets to attend the auction party are
$30 in advance and $40 at the door. A family of four is $75, and children
12 and younger are $15. Children younger than 3 are free. Participating

Where’s The Party? is expanding its store into the former Sport Nook
next door and will open toward the end of the month. The new expansion
