Boys and girls cross country: Estancia boys win again

The Estancia High boys cross country team recorded its second
straight victory in the Pacific Coast league, 15-46, as Eagle runners
took the top five spots against University Wednesday at Mason Park in
Irvine.
Estancia’s only senior Mike Casillas took the top spot in 16:24, while
juniors Humberto Rojas, Geraldo Orozco, Aaron Van Geem and Abel Flores
followed in successive order. Uni fell to 0-2.
The Estancia girls squad lost, 19-39. Junior Diana Rosette led with a
second-place finish in 18:49, as the Eagles dropped to 1-1, matching the
Trojans’ record.
Estancia will compete in the Yucaipa Invitational this weekend.
